Joseph Remi Léopold (Joseph) Delboeuf (1831–96)

Belgian philosopher, psychologist, mathematician, and philologist. Doctorate in philosophy, Liège, 1855; doctorate in physical sciences and mathematics, 1858. Professor of Latin and Greek, Liège, 1866. Corresponding member, Belgian Academy of Sciences, 1877; member, 1887. Wrote works on mathematics, logic, psychology, and philosophy.
