Archibald Dickson (1837–1902)
Scottish physician. MD, Edinburgh University, 1863. Medical officer at the Edinburgh New Town Dispensary, 1866–72. Brother of Alexander Dickson. Succeeded to his brother’s Lanarkshire estate in 1887.
