Horace Benge Dobell (1827–1917)

Physician and medical author. Entered general practice in London, 1849. Qualified as a physician and entered practice as a consultant, 1856. Physician to the Royal Hospital for Diseases of the Chest, London, 1859; honorary consulting physician, 1875. Physician to the Royal Albert Orphan Asylum, 1864. Fellow of the Royal Medical and Chirurgical Society of London, 1862.
