Thomas Edward (1814–86)

Scottish shoemaker and naturalist. Shoemaker in Banff until 1875. Collected, mounted, and exhibited local zoological specimens. Curator of a museum in Banff. Opened an unsuccessful museum of natural history in Aberdeen. Contributed to the Zoologist. Elected an associate of the Linnean Society of London, 1866.
