John Higgins (1795/6–1872)
Land agent. Agent for CD’s farm at Beesby, Lincolnshire. Born in Shrewsbury. Crown agent and receiver of crown rents for the northern district of England, and assistant enclosure commissioner for England and Wales, circa 1855–68.
