Robert Russell (1819/20–71)

Scottish agriculturalist and meteorologist. Of Pilmuir, Largo, Leven, Fife. Active member of the council of the Highland and Agricultural Society; editor of its Transactions, 1860-66. Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh from 1859.
