Werner Adolf Friedrich Wilhelm (Werner) von Voigts-Rhetz (1808–90)

German civil servant. Imperial Russian chamberlain. Lived in Oberkirch, Baden, from 1863. Author of a work on the antivivisection movement (1881). Foreign member of the Victoria Street Society for the Protection of Animals from Vivisection, 1883.
