Puritan minister. BA, Cambridge, 1639. Chaplain to Lady Vere. Ejected from the rectory of St Stephen Walbrook, London, 1662. Licensed to preach at his house in Dowgate. Prosecuted for holding conventicles, 1681. Kept a school at Bethnal Green. Author of A body of practical divinity and other religious works.
