Charles Philip Yorke, 4th earl of Hardwicke (1799–1873)

Naval officer and politician. M.P. for Reigate, 1831–2, Cambridgeshire, 1832–4. Became 4th earl of Hardwicke on the death of his uncle, 1834. Rear-admiral and on the retired list, 1854.
