William Youatt (1776–1847)

Veterinary surgeon in London. Gave private lectures on veterinary science; from 1830 he delivered these lectures at London University. Founded the Veterinarian in 1828. Author of a series of handbooks on the breeds, management, and diseases of farm animals.
