Daniel Giles (1761–1831)

Landowner and member of parliament. MP for East Grinstead, 1802–7; St Albans, 1809–12. Practised as a barrister until circa 1813. Inherited his father’s estate at Youngsbury, near Ware, Hertfordshire. (Thorne 1986 4: 23–4.
