Edmund Goeze (1838–1929)

German botanist. Worked in the botanic garden at Greifswald before becoming director of the botanic garden at Coimbra, Portugal. Director of the Lisbon botanic garden, 1873–6. Later head of the botanic gardens, Greifswald, Prussia.
