John Dillwyn Llewelyn (1810–82)

Botanist and photographer. Son of Lewis Weston Dillwyn. Assumed the name Llewelyn on inheriting his maternal grandfather’s estates in Wales. Fellow of the Linnean Society, 1837; Royal Astronomical Society, 1852. FRS 1836.
