Heinrich Müller (1820–64)

German anatomist. MD, Heidelberg, 1845. Lecturer, Würzburg, 1847; professor extraordinarius of topographical and comparative anatomy, 1852–8; professor from 1858. Founded a school of ophthalmology at Würzburg and devoted most of his research to the microscopic anatomy of the eye.
