Robert Henry Scott (1833–1916)

Irish mineralogist and meteorologist. Keeper of minerals and lecturer on mineralogy, Royal Dublin Society, 1862. Director of the Meteorological Department, 1867–1900. President of the Mineralogical Society, 1888–91. FRS 1870.
