Lewis Bruce Knight Bruce (1820–1906)

Barrister and expert on beekeeping. Son of James Lewis Knight Bruce (ODNB). Admitted at Lincoln’s Inn, 1842. A governor of Christ’s Hospital, London. Justice of the peace for Surrey and Middlesex. Resident at Heathfield, Keston, Kent, in the 1850s; friend of CD’s. Succeeded to the family estate of Roehampton Priory, Surrey, in 1866.
