Noel Maitland Farrer (1867–1929)

Civil servant. Son of Thomas Henry Farrer and his first wife, Frances. Educated at Eton; BA, Cambridge, 1889. Private secretary to the permanent secretary of the Board of Trade; secretary to the Chamber of Shipping.
