Rogier Diederik Marius Verbeek (1845–1926)

Dutch geologist. DPhil., Delft, 1866. Worked extensively in Borneo and Indonesia; studied the eruption of Krakatoa. Produced geological maps of several places including Sumatra and the Moluccas.
