James Henry Mangles (1832–84)
Barrister. Student at East India College, Great Amwell, Hertfordshire, 1851. Retired from the East India Company Civil Service by 1861. Called to the bar, 1862. Elected to the Athenaeum Club, 1870; a member of the Committee.
