Honora Edgeworth (1773–1780)

Daughter of Major Edward Sneyd of Lichfield and his wife Susanna Cook. A ward of Anna Seward in Lichfield. Married Richard Lovell Edgeworth as his second wife in 1773. Lived on Edgeworth’s Irish estate, 1773–6, then in Hertfordshire before moving to Shropshire in 1778 to be treated for tuberculosis by Erasmus Darwin. Sister of Elizabeth Sneyd, Richard Lovell Edgeworth’s third wife.
