William Newton (b. 1838/9)

Editor. Worked in the civil branch of the Royal Engineers, 1871. Edited the work of his friend Francis Lloyd and wrote the introduction to Lloyd’s A scientific view of Mr. Francis Galton’s theories of heredity (1876).
