Arthémise Herminie Yvonne Pélagie Barbier (1856–1903)

French teacher. Daughter of Jean Marie Duquartier des Cognets and Félicité Jeanne Perrin. Married Edmond Barbier in 1856. Moved with him to Brighton and remained there until at least 1871. Died in France.
