John Anthony (1814–95)

Physician. MB 1850. Member of the Royal College of Physicians, London, 1850; fellow, 1876. MD, Cambridge, 1860. A pupil of Charles Bell. Senior physician at the Birmingham Dispensary, 1855; stipendiary consulting physician, 1884. Physician to the Birmingham and Midland Free Hospital for Sick Children.
