Mr Sidney Edward Bouverie Bouverie-Pusey (1839–1911)
British author. Born at St George's Hanover Square, London, the only son of Philip Bouverie-Pusey, Esquire and Lady Emily Herbert. His father was MP for Berkshire 1835-52. Educated at Eton and Christ Church College, Oxford. On 29 April 1871 he married Wilhelmina Hervey. He wrote The past history of Ireland: a brief sketch and Permanence and evolution: an inquiry into the supposed mutability of animal types. He died aged 72 in Reigate, Surrey, England.
