Reverend Gerald Egerton Boyle (1880–1948)

Church of England Clergyman. Boyle was born in early 1880 in Handsworth, West Midlands, England, son of James and Maria Boyle. He graduated with a B. A from Selwyn College, Cambridge, and was a student of Lichfield Theological College. In 1907 he was curate of St. Peter's, Parkstone, Dorset. In April 1911 he was a boarder at the large 7 bedroomed house in Blandford Road, Canford Magna, Dorset employed as a Clerk in Holy Orders. On 8 September 1924 when he was 44 years old he married the widowed Eunice Mary Montague in Broadwinsor, Dorset. Boyle died aged 68 in Dorset in 1948.
