Summary:
Inland Revenue office does not understand that punches and dies for coins may be produced outside Mint. Anthony de Rothschild claims to have lost large sum due to improper assay [of gold], but still wants to sell £10,000 more to Mint. Mint can comply with only first part of order from House of Commons; second part requires information kept secret by Bank of England.
