Notes on the production of the Waterloo Medal, including the quality of medal, the color, and the design. Suggests a forger in Birmingham, John Robinson, be brought in to work on the production.
George Maule will prepare draft of Privy Council's warrant to reorganize Mint. Sends draft of Treasury minutes enabling JH to make all arrangements. Will return G. F. G.
