JH supports Stewart's suggestion that Matilda continue to live in France and that Stewart will spend time there without neglecting his London business [as partner in Murray's Printing Works]. JH offers to put £1000 into Murray's business if JG will consent to Stewart's proposal and give Matilda an annual income of £150.
