Leonard Wyon's private work at Mint should have terminated on 30 Apr. HH warned Wyon not to use Mint apparatus for Punjabi or Exhibition medals after May. [H. C. C.] Owen requested reasonable extension. JH should close Punjabi account then ask Exhibition committee to set number of medals that they need and hold Wyon to that. Further explanation of air pump apparatus.
