He reminds EL that he has not heard about colour for the plates and adds he has not been told what type should be used; gives estimated lengths of part 1 in different sizes of type (part 2 will be fully twice the size of this). Hopes if the Council does not publish part 1 in 1851 it will publish all in 1852.
CD likes the engravings [for Fossil Cirripedia (Lepadidae)] but is distressed by JdeCS’s slow progress and is being pressed by owners to return their specimens.
