From G. H. Darwin to H. E. Darwin [probably 13 April 1869]

84. Chps. Elysées

My dear Henrietta,

Thank Father for the 20£ wh. is v. exceptable; I shd like Mr. St. Barbe to put it to my account at M. Pablo Gil of Boulevard des Capucines.— Make Frank write to me the lazy boy; I'm very sorry he took the 18 miles walk, it was so stupid.—

Will you send £1:11s:0d per P.O.O to D. Muncey, Jeweller Market place Cambridge

The worthy man talks as if he had been in the habit of sending his File about once a week, whereas it has only been in once & I think that was last term.—

I've no time to tell you any news. I'm going to see the Sèvres China today with Norma & Just. I've been seedy for 3 or 4 days with a v. bad cold but am m. better now.—

Yours | G H Darwin
