My dear George

I am disappted at your account of yourself—

We have a nice day here—as I hope you have—

Mrs Pattrick Louisa & the little children are coming today. Camilla for a week & Louisa & the children for 3 days. I hope Bernard will behve pretty well to them—

Sales agrees to sell the land for 225 an acre—to which we agree—& I expect a good deal of fun in the arrangement— We did not know your address so there has been some delay in the note from Sir John—

The Moores come on Sat—but we don't know about the [illeg] also Joanna Horner (not Susan) & the little girl, yours dear George | E. D—

I hope you will have a sight of Crick Howel & some of Monmouthshire.

Very prosperous accts of Wm—w. beat weather— He has left Sara for 2 days & is gone to the Bel Alpe for bracing & hoping to find Tyndall still there.

Mr Hacon requires the exact words of the bequest to Bessy P. so she must wait for your return.
