Dear George
Some one said you had proposed Charles Galton D—
I should think there was more reason for that name than Howard—
Ida is delightfully well after 4 days & nights of sickness & next to no food— They slept at Bry Sqr—& came home at 1 o'clock— a rapturous reception from the children— She feels quite ready to eat up Esel (Shakespeare)— Cludde & Col. Scarlett are gone to Teneriffe— Any evening when you are inclined to come I hope you will—
I hope everything goes smooth & that Maud can nurse— Sara sends warm congrats.
yours dear G— | E. D
