From Emma Darwin to W. E. Darwin [7? April 1862]

Down

Monday

My dear William

The Bromley ball is on the 25th.

Perhaps you may be here at the time & wd like to go & if so I think Hen. wd like it also & I wd try to get Clem.

Write me word what you think. We are much more comf about Horace tho' the poor little man is often very uncomf but those odd symptoms are gone & his disorder is like indigestion now which one knows the worst of.

We dont expect Henrietta till Saturday I think. It is so cold.

Goodbye my dear Wm | E. D
