My news is small today. We have heard from Dr Jenner at last. He stops the chalk for a time which I am afraid Papa will miss.
I have got Mary Carter to furbish me up & make me tidy.

A beautifully written & spelt letter of Lenny Facts small “”The time is passing very slow—but the apples are going very fast” We must send them some more—
Wrigley is very amiable about G. not coming.
Dear Hen. I am seriously alarmed about yr hand writing there is getting to be a look of Editha in it & I shall not care for yr letters if they are written in her hand
