My dear Lenny
I will send your microscope by George— He is gone to London today to go to a play & and opera I believe. William comes on Friday. & Gingo returns on Monday.
He & Hen. went a long ride to Woldingham yesterday. The weather is so charming. I think G. had better bring your new suit as you will want to be as cool as you can. Papa has been so well in & out all day. He wears his coat now. He has not had sickness for a week—
Horace went to Mr Reed's yesterday & quite enjoyed it. He does not begin Latin yet but I think he will before long. He has been hard at work preparing his sums today & it will do him all the good in the world I think
I am sorry you have not seen Garibaldi. I don't think Geo. & Hen. are half so enthusiastic as I shd be about him.
My love to Frank— | yours my dear old man | E.D
I think we may have you on the 30th April & 28 May also—
