My dear Darwin,
I shd. think the difficulty would be met by our publication on the 1st. July. Practically this wd. be the 30th June, —the day they fitQQQQ. The [illeg] in the F.R. of the [fuller] report in the Society's Journal would really be a useful advertisement for them.
I should think then that everybody's views would be met by the publication in my July No. of a more or less abbreviated version of the paper, with the [prefixed] [utipictuin] as [present]. My readers wd. lose all their self respect if they were [illeg] upon matter.
