Trin. Coll.
Thursday. (1.30 a.m)
My dear Horace
The small hours of the morning will not permit me more than a line: I was delighted to get yr. note; still more delighted to hear that you were to be 'one of us' again. I shall be here till Sat. afternoon. Butcher probably leaves this on Friday morning. You cannot do better than come up for a night—and [hearkye], bring Bounder G. with you. If you won't listen to the voice of the charmer (that's TJ at all events I shall have an opportunity of seeing you on Sunday, which I shall pass in London.
