From G. H. Darwin to Horace Darwin [23 February 1875]

Sunday Evening

Dear Horace

F. Balfour came yesterday   He seems awfully well— He will be in England for a fortnight. He says he perhaps wd. come to Down for a Sunday, but Gerald wants him not to do so. It wd. be next Sunday if at all I suppose— F. will write to you in a few days   I’ve not asked him to Down— prob. I shd. come home for Sunday if he came as I shall be in London on Friday to go to Rayleigh’s lecture at R.I.
