Dear George,
I enclose the passport & if I dont come to the Lakes will send the Bradshaw. I rather want to know how long the parents stay there. I got a line from Laura this morning, & she gives a good account of Aunt Fanny, she has seen her and “realy seemed as Effie said as well as before the accident.” Nivens brother is going on pretty well but still seems ill but how bad I dont quite know.
Dew has slept two nights at Shefford, which is a very remarkable event. I had a good bicycle with Frank on Saturday, we did a mile in 3m 20sec. 18 miles an hour, roads rough some up hill, he goes very well now.
Yours affec brother | Horace Darwin
