Dear Charles

There is some confusion about the Soup Tureen.

Some time ago Caroline inquired of Armstrong & he said that one had been sent to you & the other Susan wished to go to Carolines children—2 Caroline thinks you must have received it & forgotten about it so you had better ascertain—

The frame of the Fox Glove is in perfectly good order.

I am going to London on Wednesday & perhaps Caroline also but that is not certain—

Frank3 has fractured the ankle bone most unluckily so cannot come to the Funeral.
