Thanks for the enclosed.¹ Herr Ijkema of Delft in Holland has applied to me for right of translation;² but when he hears the cost of the plates he may change his mind. They generally publish, small edits in Holland, & I have ventured to tell him that you w^d supply him with less than 1000 copies on the scale of £75.³ So please to remember, if he applies to you, that he has my consent.
