My Dear Sir/
Dr Hooker—who is down in the West Country—sends me yr. letter abt. Sundews &c.—1 I send this morning by carrier—2 sheets of Byblis-Roridula for yr. examination—which you can return kindly at yr. convenience.2
Then, with this I put in fragts. of several Utricularias which have special circular arrangements as well as simple leaves—probly. most of them growing amongst moss or in marshy places.3
Of the group to which U. montana belongs I only know some 3 species altogether—with the [stated] “Orchidioid” appendages:— hence name of the Section (Orchidioides).4
The boy is waiting for the letters so in haste
Ever yours | D Oliver
