I must also mention that for this employment I am usually paid £1··1··0 per days sale, whether anything be bought or not. I will conclude by mentioning the condition of each lot you have marked in the first days sale.
I had written thus far and upon going to Stewarts I find the sale postponed, sine die 6: due notice to be given.
