I hope you not thank it a liberty in my writing to you to enquire after your health & Mama & M^r Feilding & your Dear Sisters ¹ I hope you are all quite well I have just received a Letter from M^rs Shirley ² wich surprise me very much whare she say I suppose you know that poor Lady Charlotte Lemon ³ did not long outlive her Son – The Shock was too much for her in her delicate health so M^rs Shirley told me. I am extremely sorry I hope they meet in heaven
