The month of February has passed, without a letter ¹ from any of you, without a single line to say that you are in England.

My newspapers have been forwarded to me at Cassel and this place, so that the Post is not to blame – I have not that consolation – I shall now proceed to Brussels ² where I begged & prayed you to write to me.
