My Dearest Henry
Though hoping you will not embark such tempestuous weather as we have had for these nine days, yet in case you do I send this to meet you at Dover & to tell you how vexed we are you did not pursue your plan of going to Dresden when you were so near. We have written Letters there & to Rotterdam, Bruxelles & Calais, a week ago. The first letter 1 to Dresden was to inform you of poor dear Giles’s death, 2 & I now repeat it in case you should have missed all our letters. It happened on the 12th February at Abbotsbury, 3 accelerated by breaking a bloodvessel William 4 was there & had been for six weeks fortunately
God Bless You
