Chippenham 1
22nd Jany 1829
Dear Sir,
There are about a dozen Elms that ought to be taken down this Winter (6 at Wick 2 & 6 at Nash Hill 3) for the purposes of good Husbandry – some being dead & some in danger of falling – With your permission I will order them to be thrown–
I hope, next Winter, that there will be a larger Lot to dispose of – as half the UnderWood at Taclemoor 4 will then be fit to cut
I am dear Sir
