Dear Sir,
In reply to yours 1 we beg to say that we shall be very glad indeed to have any specimens of your plates that you like to send us. Your printer sent some little time back a ‘size’ of the plate paper which we signed and returned as being correct. The writer 2 who has the management of the preparing of work on photography is away in Scotland and so does not know if you have yet sent the matter for your appendix to the work or not. If it is not sent we shall be obliged if you will kindly send it.
