I beg to inform you that the proposed Meeting at the Town Hall has been held this Morning and a Census directed to be taken immediately –

I shall therefore be obliged by your informing me per Bearer if you intend coming to Chippenham to-morrow as proposed, or if you would wish to defer it till Monday the Day you intend Canvassing, and at what hour I may expect to see you.
